We shortened the path from choosing a product to completing the order with our own purchase process, tailored to the shop.
Efekciarnia
Interior decor with a mobile-first approach with a shorter checkout and a module for architects
For Efekciarnia we rebuilt the shop for mobile devices, shortened the purchase path with our own checkout module and added tools for interior architects and business partners.
Efekciarnia sells interior finishing and decor materials: wall, ceiling and floor decorations from trusted manufacturers. It serves both individual customers and designers.
A diverse catalogue needed flexible tools for managing products and promotions, without manually rearranging categories for every campaign.
The target audience shops on their phones, so responsiveness and simple navigation were the starting point, not an afterthought.
The previous shop was slowing down, and its design no longer met customer expectations. Both the back end and the visual layer needed optimising.
Placing an order was difficult and the content was hard to read. The redesign was to tidy up the purchase path and the way information is presented.

We shortened the path from choosing a product to completing the order with our own purchase process, tailored to the shop.
Customers can send their basket to someone else, which is natural when furnishing a home: decisions are made together, not alone.
Architects and partners got a separate tool for managing projects, orders and communication with clients.
A selected product appears on the homepage with a live countdown to the end of the promotion, which keeps sales campaign messaging clear.
Products can be added to categories temporarily, for example for Black Week, so the team can react to the season without a developer.
The client switches product page sections, such as technical data, video, descriptions and cross-selling, on and off in the back office.
Large furniture and small accessories ship differently, so the order splits into separate shipments and the customer gets an update at every stage.
Efekciarnia sells more smoothly on mobile because checkout is shorter and navigation is tidier. The team runs promotions and controls product page sections itself, and splitting orders by delivery method means customer service no longer has to explain why furniture and accessories arrive separately.
Basket sharing and the module for architects handle a situation typical of this industry: several people working on one interior at the same time.
We run home & garden shops where product photos, dimensions and efficient delivery matter. See what we implement for brands in this category.
