We started with an in-depth analysis of business and technical needs, on the basis of which we designed a set of dedicated modules for the specifics of packaging wholesale.
PakujTo
Packaging wholesale in e-commerce from a single item to a full truckload
For PakujTo we built a B2B platform that handles sales in any unit, from a single item through a pallet to a full truck, with quantity discounts, trade credit and accounts for the company’s employees.
PakujTo is a B2B platform created by Mac-Graf, a manufacturer with over 30 years of experience in the packaging market. It handles orders for packaging materials for e-commerce, industry and logistics.
The system was to handle sales in non-standard quantities, from single items to full truckloads, with flexible management of sales units.
Data had to be collected from the old WooCommerce store, Excel sheets with units and palletisation, and the Navireo ERP, which provides prices and product information.
Wholesale orders in the packaging industry are still often placed by phone and email. The goal was to move this process into the store without losing the relationship with the sales rep.
Bubble wrap and polyethylene foam don't sell on looks. The store was to look modern despite a not very photogenic range.
The platform was not only to sell online, but also to give sales reps tools for serving business customers.

We started with an in-depth analysis of business and technical needs, on the basis of which we designed a set of dedicated modules for the specifics of packaging wholesale.
We built a flexible mechanism for selling in items, pallets and full trucks, with dynamic variant tables and adding the selected option straight to the cart.
Despite the complex offer, the interface stays clear. The extended home page and the about section build the image of a supplier you can discuss large orders with.
Prices update with the size of the order, and the store highlights the discount threshold when the customer changes the quantity in the cart. It shows plainly how much is missing to a better price.
We implemented trade credit handling, settlement management, sub-accounts for the company’s employees and access to order history.
An extended FAQ with questions assigned to categories or products takes load off customer service, and the account manager shown on the product page keeps the customer in touch with the sales rep.
PakujTo sells wholesale through a platform that understands the units of this industry: items, pallets and trucks. Quantity discounts are calculated automatically, business customers have trade credit and employee accounts, and the sales rep stays in the process as an account manager, not as a bottleneck.
An order that used to require a phone call and an email is now placed by the customer on their own, with the current price and availability, at any time.
We run shops in niche markets where customers know the subject and ask about specifications. See how we design product presentation, search and B2B service in these industries.
