Empik Group is a leader in Polish retail, selling products from more than 20 categories in an omnichannel model. It combines more than 350 high-street stores with online sales on Empik.com, the EmpikPlace marketplace and its mobile app.

01EmpikPlace had to connect with sellers’ PrestaShop shops so that products, orders and stock levels flow between the systems without manual work.

02The module had to run just as reliably on every PrestaShop version used by shops selling on the marketplace.

Order synchronisation and stock updates happen automatically, without any work from the shop’s team.
After go-live we tested the integration on new platform versions and put the module under technical support so it runs reliably in production.
