Waynet PrestaShop Expert

WayCRO Conversion optimisation for PrestaShop

Your store already sells.
We’ll help it sell more, without a bigger advertising budget.

Our AI agents analyse your store’s data (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, the store’s structure) and generate specific recommendations. Each one is verified by a senior UX expert. We start with a free GA4 audit. We work independently of your agency and team, so you don’t have to change anything.

AI tailored to PrestaShop.
Every recommendation verified by an expert

We have built our own AI agents trained on the specifics of PrestaShop and our expertise from 10+ years of working with hundreds of stores. Every recommendation is approved by a senior UX expert.

AI analyses your shop’s data

Our AI agents process data from GA4, session recordings from Microsoft Clarity, your catalogue structure and change history. They detect patterns, anomalies and the points where you’re losing conversions.

1

AI generates recommendations

Drawing on our expertise from hundreds of PrestaShop implementations, the AI proposes specific changes, each backed by data, with an estimated KPI impact and a note on whether you can do it yourself, need a developer or can install a module.

2

A senior UX expert verifies every recommendation

An expert with 10+ years of experience in ecommerce analytics and PrestaShop checks and validates every recommendation before it reaches you. AI proposes, a human decides.

3

You implement ready-to-use guidance

You get concrete recommendations based on your shop’s real data and approved by an expert, with step-by-step instructions or a recommended PrestaShop module.

4

Why AI + an expert, not just AI? AI has the computing power: it can analyse 100,000 sessions in an hour. The expert has the context: they know when AI is misreading the data. By combining both, you get the speed of automation with the safety of human judgement.

Six typical situations that bring clients to us

Conversion optimisation makes sense when your shop already has traffic and you want that traffic to sell better.

You have traffic, but conversion is low

You have marketing budgets and visitors, but you’re paying for traffic that doesn’t buy. Every penny goes down the drain.

You want to get more out of your shop

Your shop is doing well, but you want a higher conversion rate, a bigger basket and more returning customers.

“Something” needs fixing, but what?

You can see problems, but you don’t know where to start or what will have the biggest impact. You lack priorities.

A vague audit let you down

You once received an audit, but it was a hundred-page document with nothing concrete that added no value to the business.

You want data-driven decisions

Decisions based on data, not intuition, and confidence that the changes you make actually work.

You’re looking for a PrestaShop specialist

Your shop runs on PrestaShop and you want to work with someone who knows the platform inside out, not a jack-of-all-trades agency.
8/10

As many as 8 in 10 changes made to shops “by eye” fail to deliver growth, because they’re based on intuition, not data. Our AI eliminates the guesswork: it analyses your customers’ real behaviour (GA4, Clarity recordings) and detects where you’re losing conversions, and a UX expert validates every hypothesis before you implement anything.

How much could you gain by improving conversion?

Even a small improvement in conversion rate and average order value delivers significant revenue growth, without spending a penny more on advertising. Enter your figures and see.

Two steps to start. Then continuous optimisation

We start with a free audit of your current analytics: we check what GA4 can see, what it can’t and where the gaps are. The decision on next steps is yours.

01
Stage 1 · 3-5 days · FREE

Free GA4 audit of your analytics

We start by showing you the value, free of charge, before you pay anything. We check that your GA4 integration is correct, and our AI analyses the available data and prepares a concrete audit report. You get specifics, not generalities, and decide for yourself whether to go further.
  • GA4 audit report in 5 days: specific, without a hundred-page treatise
  • GA4 + PrestaShop integration audit: what works, what’s missing, what’s wrong
  • Attribution check: are conversions being attributed correctly?
  • For every recommendation, guidance on how to implement it: yourself, with a module or via a developer
  • The decision is yours, with no pressure to continue
02
Stage 2 · ~4 weeks + data collection · individually priced

Analytics implementation and start of data collection

If we go ahead, we add the missing events and integrations to GA4. We connect Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session recordings) and map your PrestaShop shop data. After implementation we wait for a statistically significant traffic sample: 4-6 weeks for smaller shops, 3 weeks for larger ones.
  • Extended GA4 ↔ PrestaShop integration: the events we agree in the audit
  • Microsoft Clarity installation with the correct configuration
  • Our own analytics dashboard: a single source of truth
  • Conversion events and goals set up in GA4
  • A one-off price depending on your shop’s complexity, given at the free audit stage
03
Stage 3 · Continuous optimisation · monthly engagement

Monthly AI recommendations + expert verification

With reliable data in place, our AI agents analyse a specific area of your shop every month (on rotation: product page, checkout, navigation…), showing where you’re losing conversions and what to fix first. Every recommendation is verified by a senior UX expert with 10+ years of experience.
  • AI analysis of current data (GA4 + Microsoft Clarity + shop structure)
  • AI recommendations backed by data, with an estimated KPI impact
  • Senior UX verification: every recommendation checked by an expert
  • Live UX consultations (from the Growth package): a review of the report and priorities
  • PDF report every month + a summary email

Every month we focus on a specific area of your shop

Instead of scattering random recommendations across the whole shop, we work systematically: each month focuses on one area. After a full cycle we go back to the start, with fresh data and the changes already implemented.

Month 1

Product page

Gallery, description, variants, price, availability, add-to-basket button, cross-sell, reviews. The most important point in the buying decision.

Month 2

Basket and checkout

Basket summary, discount codes, checkout steps, forms, delivery, payments. This is where orders are most often lost.

Month 3

Navigation and search

Menu, categories, search, filters, sorting. How customers find what they’re looking for, and whether they find it at all.

Month 4

Listing and homepage

Product grid, thumbnails, badges, pagination, hero, banners, featured sections. First impressions and the way into your range.

Month 5

Trust and credibility

Reviews, certificates, returns and delivery policies, contact details, guarantees. Everything that dispels doubts before a purchase.

Month 6

Micro-conversions and retention

Newsletter, back-in-stock alerts, enquiries, customer account, repeat purchases. Value from those who don’t buy straight away.

Mobile: analysed across all areas (73% of ecommerce sales in Poland) Performance / Core Web Vitals: speed vs conversion

A full cycle takes around 6 months. Then we go back to the first area, but with fresh data and the changes already implemented. Your shop, your customers and the market keep changing, so there’s always something to improve. That’s what continuous optimisation means: not a one-off audit that gathers dust on a shelf.

Every shop is different

Different sector, different customers, different problems. Just because a change worked in another shop, even in the same sector, doesn’t mean it will work for you. That’s why we don’t work from generic “tips lists from the internet”.

Instead, we analyse your shop specifically: your customers, their behaviour, your sales funnel and your business specifics. Only then do the recommendations follow.

A real-world example

We tested the same change, a sticky “add to basket” button at the bottom of the screen, in three shops. In one it increased conversion; in the other two it made no difference. Without analysing the specific shop, it would have been a shot in the dark.

AI trained on PrestaShop

We don’t use general-purpose AI. We’ve trained our AI agents on hundreds of PrestaShop implementations, so they take into account the platform’s specifics, strengths and limitations.

  • Real-world implementations: recommendations that can actually be implemented in PrestaShop, not theoretical “wouldn’t it be nice if”.
  • Hooks and modules system: we know how to make a change without breaking upgrades or compatibility.
  • Platform-specific optimisation: we use PrestaShop’s strengths instead of fighting its architecture.
  • We implement it ourselves: as a Premium PrestaShop Partner, we make the changes in-house, without handing them off to an external developer.

Sample recommendation

Every recommendation goes beyond a generic “improve the basket UX”. It’s a specific problem backed by data, a proposed solution and clear guidance on whether you can implement it yourself or need a developer.

Recommendation #4 · AI + UX-approved · November
Hand to a developer

Shorten the form in checkout step 3

Problem (from the data)

GA4 and Microsoft Clarity show that 41% of users who reach the third checkout step drop off there. Session recordings show hesitation and scrolling around the “VAT number / invoice details” field: many retail customers don’t know whether they have to fill it in.

Recommendation

Hide the business fields (VAT number, company name) behind an “I need a VAT invoice” toggle, collapsed by default. This shortens the visible form by 4 fields for 80% of retail customers. In PrestaShop it requires a checkout template change and a little JS.

Every recommendation labelled

You know straight away whether you can implement it yourself in the shop admin, need to hand it to a developer or can simply install a module.

You can do it yourself in the shop admin

Simple changes you can make yourself in the PrestaShop admin panel: content changes, configuration, basic template edits. You get precise step-by-step instructions on where to click and what to enter.

Hand it to a developer or install a module

Changes that require code intervention or a ready-made PrestaShop module. You hand over a ready specification to your developer, commission the implementation from us (as a Premium PrestaShop Partner), or install the module we recommend.

Recommendations are one thing. You choose how to implement them

WayCRO works independently of your team and current agency; you don’t have to change anything or switch to our support. We sell analysis and recommendations, and you can carry out the implementation in three ways, without handing all the work over to us.

You do it yourself

You make simple changes in the PrestaShop admin panel with our step-by-step instructions. Zero implementation costs.

Your team / agency

Have your own developer or work with another agency? We provide a ready technical specification and your team implements it.

We implement it

Prefer to hand over everything? We implement as a Premium PrestaShop Partner, as part of WayCare technical support or a separate recommendations + implementation package.

Packages cover analysis and recommendations; you choose implementation separately. You can change package at any time with one month’s notice. No long-term contract.

What to know about CRO

Do I have to change agency or switch to your support? +
No. WayCRO works independently of your team and current agency. We sell analysis and recommendations, and you can implement each change yourself in the panel, commission your developer or current agency, or commission us. We don’t require you to switch to our support or change contractor.
How is CRO different from advertising and SEO? +
Advertising and SEO increase traffic. CRO increases the share of people from that traffic who buy. This way you get more orders from the same traffic you already pay for, without increasing your advertising budget. The best results come from combining the two: you acquire traffic and at the same time monetise it better and better.
Will CRO work if I have little traffic? +
Yes, although with very little traffic it takes longer to draw conclusions, because data accumulates more slowly. In that case we start with the lowest-risk, highest-certainty changes based on good practice for PrestaShop, and move on to tests when traffic allows.
What are AI agents and how do they work? +
AI agents are specialised systems that we have trained on data from hundreds of PrestaShop implementations and our expert knowledge of e-commerce. Each agent has a specific task: conversion funnel analysis, studying behaviour within sessions, detecting patterns in GA4 data, identifying UX problems. It’s not ChatGPT with a prompt: it’s a system connected to your data (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, the store’s structure), trained for PrestaShop, whose results are ALWAYS verified by our senior UX expert before they reach you.
Doesn’t AI replace the expert entirely? Why not just automate? +
No, and we don’t want it to. AI has computing power: it will analyse 100,000 sessions in an hour, which a human could never do. But AI often misinterprets context: it doesn’t know whether a drop is seasonality or a technical problem, it doesn’t understand the specifics of your industry, and it isn’t accountable for quality. That’s why AI proposes, and the UX expert verifies and is responsible for the result.
Is my data safe? What about GDPR? +
We process GA4 and Clarity data only for CRO analysis, in compliance with GDPR and a data processing agreement. Our AI is not trained on client data: the base model is already trained, and your store’s data is used solely to generate recommendations for you. We store the data in the EU.
What if my analytics is incomplete or I don’t have Microsoft Clarity? +
This is a common situation and not a problem. If GA4 is misconfigured or you don’t have Clarity connected, we fix and connect it first as part of the audit. We prepare reliable recommendations once some data has come in, usually within the first month. The free audit immediately shows what is blocking a reliable analysis.
What exactly do we check in the free GA4 audit? +
The full configuration of your GA4 account: data stream, parameters, filters, sampling. Enhanced Ecommerce: whether all 15 standard events are configured correctly. Conversions: whether the basic business goals are defined. Attribution: the attribution model, channels, integration with Google Ads. The audit usually takes 5-8 business days, and the report is 15-25 pages long.
How do you verify that the changes you make actually work? +
We monitor every implemented change on data, comparing KPIs (CR, AOV, bounce rate, funnel paths) before and after implementation. Heatmaps and session recordings show whether users actually behave the way we assumed. We don’t guess: every recommendation is justified by data, and its effect is measured. The Scale package adds full A/B tests.
How long does full analytics implementation take after the audit? +
Typically 2-4 weeks from the decision to start. We implement the configuration of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Enhanced Ecommerce, custom events and Microsoft Clarity. Individual pricing, depending on the number of events required. After implementation we collect data for ~4 weeks, and then the monthly support with recommendations begins.
What if I don’t have GA4 yet or still use Universal Analytics? +
Universal Analytics was switched off in July 2023: if you are still using it, no data is being collected. We configure GA4 from scratch. For stores with no analytics at all, we do a complete implementation from the ground up.
How do we work together during the month? +
On the first day of the month, a PDF report by email. Within the first week, a meeting to discuss the report (1h, a recurring calendar slot). During the month, Slack + email, with the analyst available for questions without extra hours being charged.
Does it work with any hosting and ecommerce platform? +
Yes. Conversion optimisation is analytics + recommendations and doesn’t require our infrastructure. It works with PrestaShop, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, anywhere Google Tag Manager can be implemented. We carry out technical implementations for PrestaShop ourselves (as a Premium Partner).
When will I see the first results? +
Realistically after 4-6 months. The first 4-8 weeks: implementing analytics and collecting data. The next 4-8 weeks: the first hypotheses and the first implementations. A real increase in CR/AOV only becomes visible once we have a data baseline to compare the effects of changes against. CRO is a long-term game.
