We built tools for catalogue management, including adding products to the cart from a CSV file and presenting alternatives. Price lists and discounts are set per customer group.
Kwadron
Over 4,500 products for professionals in one store serving B2B and B2C
For Kwadron we built a platform that serves tattoo studios and retail customers at the same time: with price lists per group, orders from a CSV file, ERP integration and sales in multiple currencies.
Kwadron is Europe’s largest manufacturer and supplier of tattoo and permanent make-up products. Its offer includes over 4,500 products and a global distribution network.
Tattoo studios and retail customers buy differently, so the store had to give both groups a separate shopping experience without building two platforms.
Over 4,500 products means price lists, variants and technical data that have to be presented clearly and updated without manual work.
Business customers order in bulk and on a recurring basis, retail customers want to buy quickly. One solution was to handle both scenarios.
Selling in several countries required multiple currencies, language versions and an offer adapted to local markets.
High traffic and a growing number of users required infrastructure that does not slow down at sales peaks.
With this number of orders, the team needed tools for customer service and for pulling data without asking for an export.
Five project areas, from the catalogue and logistics to personalisation and reports. Expand to see the details.

The ERP handles stock synchronisation, order processing, returns and invoices. The order splitting module allows a cart to be fulfilled in parts.
The store serves customers from different countries, with a localised offer and a purchase path adapted to each market.
We implemented chatbots, 360-degree photos on product pages, a loyalty programme and a dynamic presentation of bestsellers and alternative products.
Reporting modules generate sales and code usage summaries, and order data can be downloaded as CSV without involving the IT department.
Kwadron serves professionals and retail customers on one platform, with separate price lists and purchase paths. A wholesale order is placed from a CSV file, the ERP keeps track of stock and documents, and sales reports are available right away.
Instead of maintaining separate wholesale and retail stores, the brand runs both channels in one system, with different prices and permissions.
