Module Checkout Process Modification
An invoice request as a checkbox, not a note in the comments
The module adds a checkbox for a VAT invoice to the checkout process. Customers tick it with one click, and the order arrives in the panel with a clear flag. No more searching through the comments field for requests written in the customer's own words.

Module benefits
Fewer oversights
The order flag is unambiguous, so no invoice request gets lost in the text of a comment.
Faster B2B service
The team sees the invoice requirement right away on the order list, without opening each order.
Simpler for the customer
They don't have to figure out where and how to write that they need an invoice.
Fewer corrections
An invoice issued straight away means no later corrections or chasing for details.
Order in the data
The information is a field, not text, so you can filter and report on it.
Requests in the comments field are easy to miss
Information hidden in a block of text is likely to be overlooked when the order is being packed.
Customers write about invoices in a dozen different ways, and customer service has to read every comment carefully. With a larger number of orders a day, that’s work that can be avoided.
A separate field turns free text into an unambiguous signal. The order is flagged automatically, and the team sees the requirement without reading anything.
Practical applications
The store serves both retail and business customers, so an invoice is an exception you need to know about straight away.
With dozens of orders a day, reading comments is no longer feasible.
Filtering orders with invoices makes it easier to pass data on to accounting.
