Case study · FMCG

A wine chain online and offline with a loyalty club that works in both channels

For Dobre Wina we connected online sales with physical stores: a shared loyalty programme, wine availability at the nearest store, shelf-label generation for stores and a second shop, Classicwines.pl, on a single customer account.

Client challenges

Omnichannel growth

01

Online sales had to work together with the store chain: shared product, stock and promotion data, so customers get the same offer in both channels.

Offline support

02

Physical stores needed shelf labels and offer sheets generated by the system rather than assembled by hand at every promotion change.

Integrating a second shop

03

Classicwines.pl was to run alongside Dobre Wina, with one customer account and a single order covering both shops.

Loyalty programme

04

Points had to be collected and redeemed both in the online shop and in stores.

Product management

05

Products had to enter promotional categories for a set time and leave them automatically when the campaign ended.

How we helped the client

Six areas of the project, from shelf labels for stores to integrating the second shop. Expand to see the details.

The module creates shelf labels and offer sheets for physical stores automatically, so the promotion in the system and the price on the shelf are the same information.

Customers check which store has a given wine before going to buy it in person.

The programme connects online and in-store purchases: points are collected and exchanged for vouchers in both channels, without separate accounts.

A bespoke search lets customers search by grape variety, vintage or wine type, serving both the connoisseur and the gift buyer.

Products go into a promotional category for a set period and leave it automatically, with no manual clean-up after the campaign.

The second shop runs on the same platform: one customer account, a shared order and a shared loyalty programme.

Results of the partnership

Dobre Wina runs its two sales channels as one. Customers collect points wherever they buy and check wine availability at the nearest store, and the team no longer copies prices onto shelf labels by hand. On top of that came a second shop run from the same platform.

Promotions that end themselves

Time-limited promotional categories spare the team from tracking dates and tidying up the range after a campaign.
